Room-by-room comfort · Dallas, Georgia

Ductless comfort for the room that needs it.

Need help with a mini-split or considering one for a room your current system doesn’t serve well? We review the room, equipment and installation, then explain repair or replacement options that fit the space.

Start with your concern

Reasons to evaluate a ductless system

These signs can have more than one cause. Testing helps identify the work your system needs.

01

Room will not maintain

The indoor unit runs but the space remains warmer, colder or more humid than expected.

02

Water at the indoor head

Condensate drips, stains the wall or does not drain normally.

03

Weak airflow

The indoor fan moves little air or the coil and filters show heavy buildup.

04

Communication fault

The indoor and outdoor equipment do not start together or display a fault.

05

Noise or vibration

A new sound appears at the indoor head, line set or outdoor unit.

06

New space planning

An addition or hard-to-condition room needs a comfort option without extending major ductwork.

What a Proven visit includes

Evidence first. Recommendation second.

The exact checks depend on the system and concern. The operating discipline stays consistent from arrival through closeout.

LET ME SHOW YOU

A decision you can understand

Choose ductless equipment around the room’s needs.

Capacity, indoor-unit location, condensate routing and access for cleaning all affect long-term results. The equipment label alone does not answer those questions.

For existing systems, cleaning and diagnosis are different scopes. We explain which condition is affecting operation and what the proposed work is intended to change.

Straight answers

Ductless Mini-Split Service questions

Are mini-splits only for additions?

No. They can serve many targeted comfort applications, but room use, layout, load and installation access should guide the design.

Why is my mini-split leaking water?

Possible causes include drainage restrictions, installation slope, pump problems, coil conditions or icing. The source should be inspected before the correction is chosen.

Do ductless systems still need regular cleaning?

Yes. Filters, coils, blowers and condensate components require appropriate care, and the interval depends on use and environment.
