Proven Comfort website information

Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information Proven Comfort Heating & Air may receive through this website and direct service inquiries, why it may be used and the choices available to you.

Effective September 6, 2026

Information you choose to provide

When you call, text, email or otherwise request service, you may provide contact information, a service address, equipment details, scheduling information and a description of the concern. Proven Comfort uses that information to evaluate the request, communicate with you, schedule or perform service and maintain an appropriate customer record.

For a second opinion, you may also choose to upload an HVAC estimate or photo. The file is stored with your request, and a unique download link is included in the service team’s notification and customer record. These links are not published on the website and expire after 90 days; anyone holding a link can access the file while the link is valid.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, medical information or other sensitive information through a general website inquiry.

Website and device information

The website host and security providers may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic or security logs. Proven Comfort may also retain a referring page, campaign tags and advertising click identifiers attached to a visit so calls and service requests can be attributed to the source that produced them. This information may be used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose problems and understand overall site and marketing performance.

Proven Comfort uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and limited website actions, including service-request form starts, confirmed service requests, clicks on the company phone number and clicks to financing or official resource websites. These tools may process browser, device, approximate location, page and referral information and may use cookies or similar identifiers. Proven Comfort does not intentionally send customer-entered service-request details—such as a name, personal phone number, email address, service address, issue description or confirmation number—to Google Analytics.

The online service-request form stores the information you submit so Proven Comfort can review, route and respond to the request. Website hosting and business-system providers may process that information only as needed to support those functions.

How information may be shared

Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, communications, scheduling, payments or business records when reasonably needed for those functions. Proven Comfort does not sell personal information as part of its HVAC service business.

Information may also be preserved or disclosed when required by law, to protect safety or property, to address fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention, security and your choices

Records are retained only as reasonably needed for service, accounting, warranty, legal, security and operational purposes. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, but reasonable safeguards should be used for the information maintained.

You can limit or remove website cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect some measurement features but should not prevent you from calling Proven Comfort or submitting a service request.

You may call Proven Comfort to ask about correcting contact information or to request that information be deleted when retention is not required for an active service, legal, accounting or warranty purpose.
